Our perception of how we practice therapy is naturally shaped by our own phenomenology and awareness. But to truly deepen our understanding, we need an external perspective—a “significant other” that helps us see beyond our own lens. Client feedback, outcome measurements, and therapeutic alliance assessments are powerful tools that expand our insight and refine our work, fostering both professional growth and a richer, multi-layered view of the therapeutic process
In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore self-monitoring, process monitoring, self-evaluation, and outcome measurement—specifically tailored for Gestalt therapists. We know that assessment can sometimes feel daunting, making it hard to maintain curiosity, creative indifference, and self-kindness. That’s why we’ve designed interactive exercises to help you cultivate self-support in these moments, transforming evaluation into an opportunity for growth rather than pressure.
What You’ll Gain:
- Practical tools for reflexive practice
- Fresh perspectives on your therapeutic work
- A deeper connection to your process through experiential learning
- Insights into the therapeutic alliance
- A certificate of assistence
Materials Needed:
- Paper & colors for drawing
- Access to the Helpful Aspects of Therapy Form (HAT) and the Gestalt Therapy Fidelity Scale (GTFS).
Join us for a dynamic and supportive exploration of how feedback and measurement can enhance your Gestalt practice. We look forward to sharing this journey with you!
